Job description

Follow General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety guidelines, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, and cleaning to ensure proper operation.

Count, pack, and inspect finished products to verify correct labeling, cleanliness, and product integrity.

Understand how individual tasks contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency.

Carry out specific tasks assigned by production supervisors, which may include loading, packing, dumping, and cutting.

Work effectively in a cold environment (approximately 40°F).

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or custodial work is a plus.

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
