Job Description:

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BASIS , including hands-on experience with S/4HANA , SAP Solution Manager , and SAP landscape management .
Technical Expertise :
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including upgrades, migrations, and system conversion.
- Expertise in SAP HANA and ASE database administration , including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of firewall and network configurations for SAP systems.
- In-depth experience with SAP Solution Manager , especially in Change Request Management (ChaRM) .
- Familiarity with SAP Disclosure Management for regulatory and financial reporting.
- Proficient in BOBJ reporting tools and Analysis for Office (AFO) .
- Basic understanding of POPI compliance in SAP systems and data privacy requirements.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution for SAP landscapes.

Certifications : SAP BASIS certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate ) is preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the optimal performance of SAP systems.
Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with SAP functional teams and departments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining focus on high-priority projects.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori , SAP HANA Studio , and BTP is a plus
