A Massachusetts-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for an exciting fully remote teletherapy role supporting elementary students. This contract position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing valuable speech and language services across multiple school sites.
Location: Remote (teletherapy) with assignment to a Massachusetts school district
Schedule: Full-time for the remainder of the current school year
Caseload: Approximately 35 elementary students across 2-3 school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy via teletherapy platforms to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
- Collaborate with educators and school personnel to support student success
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a passion for driving positive student outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple caseloads
