Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman – Lead a Skilled Crew on Commercial Projects
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Pay: Up to $35/hr (based on experience) + Benefits
We’re Hiring a Sheet Metal Foreman Who Can Lead from the Front.
Are you a seasoned Sheet Metal professional ready to take charge of commercial HVAC and ductwork installs? We’re looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead our install team on commercial retrofit and new construction projects. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, competitive pay, and real leadership growth.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and direct sheet metal installers and apprentices on job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
Ensure ductwork is fabricated and installed to code and project specs
Manage job site safety, schedules, and quality control
Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and general contractors
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
Previous leadership or foreman experience is a must
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Reliable transportation and hand tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
