What You’ll Do:
- Cut, weed, pre-mask, and apply vinyl graphics with precision.
- Operate or assist with laminating processes to produce finished signage.
- Read and complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
- Work independently or collaboratively to meet production goals.
- Maintain attention to detail and quality standards in every project.
Who You Are:
- Skilled with your hands and able to perform fine, precise work.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varied positions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to meet daily production deadlines.
- Effective communicator with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Good vision, correctable to 20/20, and ability to read tape measures/rulers.
- Valid state ID or driver’s license.
- In-person attendance is required.
