More specifically, I'm (Michael) looking to hire an "apprentice" to grow rapidly in the world of boutique software and automations consulting. If you have elite potential and want help establishing a solid foundation, with the possibility to grow together with a small growing company, I'd love to chat. Daily tasks include collaborating with myself and various clients to solve their challenges, writing automated tests, crafting clean code, finding and squashing the most elusive bugs, and communicating extensively about each step along the way to keep myself and our customers well informed. As important as the impeccable code we write and systems we design, is our ability to clearly communicate what we're doing and when we're doing it internally and to our customers. The ideal candidate is not simply great at coding, but also at listening, speaking, and writing.
