Were seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position at a middle schoolfor the 20252026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a small, supportive team and make a meaningful difference for students with diverse needs.
Start Date: August 1, 2025
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Caseload: Self-contained classroom with 6 middle school students
Student Needs: Includes students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, and medical fragility (nurse support provided)
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification
Active Tennessee Special Education Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience working with students with significant needs preferred
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
