Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position, based in Minden, LA, offers an excellent opportunity to work within an educational environment for the entire school year.
Responsibilities:
- Assist certified speech-language pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services to students.
- Implement treatment plans and therapy activities designed to meet individual student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress accurately and report findings.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLPA certification or licensure as required by the state.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
