Nursing Assistant Med Surg Tele Full Time Nights Position Summary
Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists with personal hygiene, takes vital signs and changes bed linens. May serve and collect food trays, provide for between-meal nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store and prepare other supplies. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Or an equivalent combination of education and related previous work experience.
Experience : Preferred 6 or more months of Hospital Experience

Required : American Heart Association issued BLS. CPI to be obtained during Hospital Orientation
Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (D8004) requires active Nursing Assistant license issued by the State of TN
