Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a key part of our TA team, contributing to how we find and attract talent at Toast. You'll manage the full recruitment process, focusing on building strong candidate pools, ensuring a great candidate experience, and adapting to various hiring needs. Toast's Talent Acquisition team values collaboration, expertise, and strong relationships with our business partners. We're committed to finding the best candidates to support our company's growth. Job Description

1. Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
2. Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast's Customer Success functions.
3. Exercise sound judgment and decision-making throughout the recruitment process, balancing business needs with candidate experience.
4. Navigate complex hiring scenarios effectively, partnering with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive decisions.
5. Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular communication and subject matter expertise.
6. Provide creative solutions and adapt recruitment strategies to meet market conditions.
7. Support inclusive recruitment by educating hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and delivering diverse candidate pipelines.
8. Use data and recruitment metrics to ensure efficient, equitable, and impactful hiring processes.
9. Offer exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience.
10. Collaborate and share ideas with cross-functional stakeholders.
