Basic Purpose:
Hiring Manager is requesting candidate resumes to include the following Recruiting Experience: Very busy retail stores and/or fast food (Chick-Fil-A & Publix, Macy's, Bloomingdales)
Or candidates with extensive experience in high-volume recruiting for financial institutions, capable of managing heavy workloads and large pipelines
A Talent Acquisition Partner drives talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions
o Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies
o Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship-building skills
o Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
o Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
o Experience in high volume recruiting and building pipelines
