Responsibilities/Requirements:

Gathers role requirements from pursuit teams.
Strategically matches available talent to roles to optimize outcomes.
Delivers creative staffing solutions as needed.
Where local talent is insufficient to staff demand, escalates roles and sources talents from the region, other regions and global teams.
Represents local market on regional staffing calls.
Promotes and spotlights local talent to region.
Understands the quantity and skillsets of available and upcoming supply pool.
Understands the roles pipeline and skill needs
Forecasts supply and ensures staffing data entry (i.e. extensions) with a goal of at least 8 weeks of lead time.
Owns availability data and staffing assignment accuracy.
Lead local staffing meetings.
Communicates and trains capability stakeholders on staffing processes and guidelines, as needed.
Report state of staffing, staffing insights, and staffing issues to market staffing owner (MSO).
