Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant Location: Manhattan Beach, CA // Scottsdale, AZ / Woonsocket, RI/Richardson, TX (onsite) Duration: Full Time Job Description: Candidate should have 10+ experience in Workday have Core workday knowledge along HCM/HRIS knowledge and all the modules of workday.
Knowledge on Report writing, Calculated fields and Business process.
Knowledge on Core connector, EIBs and Studio Integrations on both Inbound, Outbound integrations
Knowledge on troubleshooting of Integration failures and Errors
Looking for L2 and L3 support so need to have knowledge on Ticketing tools and SLA's
Also Documenting repetitive incidents and solutions provided in an SOPs for future use.
Ready to work in shits or rotation
Managing skills to handle the team and to interact with Clients.
Presenting WSR over Weekly connect with clients on Count /Number of tickets closed, Open and Backlogs."
