Title: Workday HCM Developer Location: Columbus, OH Type : Contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM & Integration Developer with hands-on expertise in Workday Extend to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, custom applications, and configurations that support our HR operations and business objectives. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Workday platform, including integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio) and custom app development using Workday Extend. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect. Build and deploy custom Workday applications using Workday Extend , including business logic, data sources, and user interfaces. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Workday integrations and custom applications. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across integrations and custom Workday apps. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. Create and maintain detailed documentation of integrations, configuration changes, and custom development.
