This role will focus on the maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will be a proactive systems thinker with strong functional and technical knowledge of Workday and a passion for improving enterprise HR processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an established Workday environment by streamlining workflows, supporting new feature releases, and driving process improvement initiatives across multiple business units including HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal. Experience of the right candidate: 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM in a configuration or analyst role. Demonstrated experience with Workday module enhancements, feature releases, and process optimization. Ability to work with both automated and partially manual workflows, with a focus on improvement and efficiency. Familiarity with common challenges in legacy/incomplete Workday implementations. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to UKG or similar HCM/payroll platforms (1 of the 3 roles will focus on UKG). Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning HR, Payroll, Finance, AP, Legal, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities of the right candidate: System Configuration & Customization (25%) Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules based on business needs. Design and implement workflows, role-based access, data structures, and business processes. Maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations. Develop custom solutions and scripts aligned with strategic organizational goals. Adhere to standardized change control and deployment protocols. System Support & Troubleshooting (25%) Provide advanced end-user support, troubleshooting system performance and functionality issues. Analyze error logs, monitor system health, and implement proactive fixes. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and reduce system downtime. Requirements Gathering & Analysis (20%) Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and document detailed system requirements. Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Support Workday-related project implementations, testing, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives requiring ERP involvement or data integration. Security & Compliance (10%) Maintain data integrity and ensure system security through access controls and routine audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
