Znosko & Reas P.A., an AV rated Workers' Compensation insurance defense law firm is seeking a litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years of Workers’ Compensation experience; however, candidates with experience in other forms of civil litigation, especially others forms of insurance defense, are encouraged to apply. Entry level attorneys, with recent bar license, will also be considered, based on academic and work experience. The job duties of the successful candidate will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing legal and administrative support to senior attorneys
• Conducting complex legal analysis of case issues from case opening to closure
• Reviewing medical and employment records and preparation of periodic reports, including timelines, to clients to provide analysis of legal issues and case status
• Legal research
• Drafting of pleadings, motions, memoranda, trial summaries, etc.
• Attending depositions, mediations, and hearings

Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must for this position.

Position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with bonus opportunities. The positions offers benefits to include, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K after applicable probationary period.

A remote/hybrid schedule is negotiable and will be considered depending on candidate's experience.
