Job Overview
One of our Real Estate clients is looking for a Yardi Systems Lead to work onsite at their corporate office in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and implementing YARDI software applications. This position supports a team of 100+ people across multiple departments and reports directly to the COO.
Requirements:
- 4+ years using Yardi (2+ as power-user or admin)
- Experience in accounting workflows
- SQL and Power BI know-how
- Background in real estate tech
- Able to train non-technical teams
- Degree in Accounting, Info Systems, or similar
Key tasks
- Maintain and improve Yardi apps (troubleshooting, testing, user support)
- Train team members on Yardi features
- Monitor performance and resolve tech issues
- Handle user permissions and system security
- Coordinate with vendors on system updates
- Document processes and user guides
- Use SQL and Power BI for reporting
