Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant Location: Remote Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM and Compensation Consultant with a strong background in document digitization to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our human capital management processes and compensation systems while driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused approach to deliver innovative solutions. Skills: Workday HCM Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Compensation Management: Develop and manage compensation plans, providing strategic guidance and support for salary reviews, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities. Document Digitization: Oversee the digitization of HR documents, ensuring accurate and efficient conversion of paper-based records to digital formats. Implement best practices for document management and storage. Process Optimization: Analyze current HCM and compensation processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Education: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management. Proven experience in compensation management, including the design and administration of compensation plans. Solid experience in document digitization and electronic document management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
